Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
We offer shipping withing the US and US Territories. We only offer free shipping within the US & US Territories on orders over $75.
Shipping prices are based on USPS, UPS and DHL estimates, and all orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation.
Most orders will be processed within 5 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.
All products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures. Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Barb's Botanicals is not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. You have within 24-48 to notify our support staff of an address change before your order is processed and shipped out.
Barb's Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen and undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Barb's Botanicals will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering.

Please perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you have purchased multiple products, we recommend introducing each one gradually and one at a time into your skincare routine. If you experience any reactions please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and trying to use the product again. 

Our products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients, so please avoid adding water and store it in a cool, dry place.

In the warmer months we do our best to ship our tallow-based balms with ice packs. However these products may arrive to you in a melted or liquid state. You have consented to the possibility of them arriving in this state and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your item arrives in a melted or liquid state please set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected.
